well, i finally got those peices of work uploaded! about time. I'm most pleased with the Audrey Hepburn peice. probably because it was the last drawing i had done, i must say the picture of the horse 'Gosh' is quickly becoming my new favourite as i progress on it!

So Halloween is right around the corner and i was wondering what everyone here might be doing to celebrate the occasion?

Also what peoples thoughts on Halloween are?

Traditionally Halloween isn't something people would celebrate over in England, i mean sure you had a couple of familys dress up and go trick or treating but it has never been such a big thing... also alot of parents think of halloween as begging and therefor stop their children partaking!

Nowdays though halloween is getting bigger and bigger with each passing year. Last year was the best halloween i have had to date, i was living on my own, organised a big party at my house and if you didn't have a decent costume you wern't coming in!

Needless to say everyone came over dressed up some people including myself made the night with our costumes and how good they looked... then there were the people who would go and buy a cheap costume to fit in but they were no where near the same standard as the beformentioned.
Lastly there were some people that just didn't bother but i did persuade them to get a bit of fake blood and make up on them so they looked a little bit dead.

This year i am looking to top my costume with a new one, and so are a few of the others. I am trying to make 'batman the dark knight' costume... not strictly halloween but quite an intimidating look i think you'll agree, and it reflects my costume last year as Heath Ledgers portrayl of the Joker.

So let me know if you are doing something fun for halloween and maybe what you have thought of dressing up as... i'll be putting some pictures up of my batman suit once it has been finished
